The Middle Atlantic Swimming LSC (Local Swim Committee) is comprised of USA Swimming clubs from across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. The challenge for UDAC Red Dragons athletes continues over the next ten weeks with swimmers from the team participating in local Suburban Aquatic League (SAL) winter championship meets plus regional USA Swimming competition. So far, both UDAC girls and boys teams won their respective SAL Division Championship. All are working hard to improve their times in each event and reach their season goals as the short course season unfolds and the Red Dragons practice and compete in Upper Dublin High School’s new state-of-the-art natatorium!

Several UDAC Red Dragons swimmers have already made the cut for SAL Championships at La Salle University plus USA Swimming championship meets that include Junior Olympics, Senior Elite Meet, Eastern Zone and Junior Nationals, hopefully with many more qualifying over the next few months.
