The Upper Dublin Chinese Association (UDCA) made another effort to
reward its member students who have made achievements in academics,
leadership, extracurricular activities and community volunteering and
encourage them to reach higher. This organization honored fourteen
high school students at its annual Memorial Day Picnic which was held
at Peace Valley Park. The event was attended by more than 250 people
from Upper Dublin, Abington, Blue Bell, North Penn, and Bucks and
Chester counties. The fourteen recipients are (front, left to right)
Iris Chan, Liz Lin, Julie Hu, Diana Wu, Kelly Xu, (back) Roger Liu,
Nick Wang, Yuhao Xu, David Lu, Evan Mao, Mitchell Wang, Kevin Li,
Joshua Wan and Andrew Zeng. All students but Yuhao Xu are from UDHC;
Xu attends Abington Friends. They are honor students, all A’s
students, officials of school and community organizations, winners of
regional and state competitions and dedicated volunteers. They were
awarded with a plaque of the UDCA medal and a cast prize. |
