The Fort Washington Business Alliance (FWBA) announces events for June and July. On Thursday, June 16th, CM3 Building Solutions, 185 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, will host and present to the group. The topic is: “Energy Management: Power to the People,” and will highlight what building owners, employers and employees can do to make a difference in energy consumption in the workplace. Networking begins at 11:30 am and the meeting runs from noon to 1 pm. Self introductions are part of every session.
CM3 Building Solutions provides total building remedies to commercial, industrial and other types of facilities in order to sustain comfortable, safe and energy efficient environments, providing all products, equipment and services to reduce energy consumption. On Wednesday, July 13th from 5 to 7 pm is the “IT’S A NATURAL Business Card Exchange” held at the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association, 12 Morris Rd., Ambler. Enjoy the natural surroundings overlooking the creek in the historic barn area while meeting new business associates. The WVWA is a land trust whose mission it is to protect the quality and beauty of the Wissahickon Creek and to enhance life in the watershed. Over the past 54 years, WVWA has protected more than 100 acres. Event will be held rain or shine. The Fort Washington Business Alliance is a volunteer organization representing all those who have a vested interest in the Fort Washington Office Park and the surrounding area, including owners, employers, employees and contractors. The group serves to maintain, enhance and promote the Fort Washington area as a leading center of business and commerce in the Greater Philadelphia Area. The organization acts as a sounding board and lobbying voice to undertake those actions that assist the community in attracting and retaining quality businesses that are in concert with a renowned quality of life that will protect the property values for all Upper Dublin property owners.
