| Top Performers at the PIAA State Championships |

A number of local athletes competed at the PIAA State Track & Field
Championships that were hel at Shippensburg University on May 27th
and 28th. Wissahickon High School’s Hong Cho took first place in the
AAA Boys 800m run with a time of 1:52:49. His teammate, Max Hairston
took fourth place in the AAA Boys 300m Hurdles with a time of 38.76.
Both Cho and Hairston wer part of Wissahickon’s 4x400m relay team
that finished on the medal podium at sixth place with a time of 3:19.71.
Upper Dublin High School was represented by Sarah Holl who took
third place in the AAA Girls 1600m run with a time of 5:03:47. Her
teammate Taylor Morgan took fifth place in AAA Girls High Jump with a
jump of 5’04”.
