Email Print
Green Tree Community Health Foundation is a nonprofit public charity
striving for a positive impact on current and emerging health issues
and risks, empowering residents in its 30-zip code, Eastern
Montgomery County, and Northwest Philadelphia service area to access
health services and to value, embrace and maintain their health. A
community health advocate, the Foundation identifies areas of
vulnerability in these communities and provides funding to
organizations whose work addresses these needs. Since its inception
in 2005, the Foundation has awarded grants to nonprofit health and
social service organizations totaling more than $4 million.
