Sarah McMenamin, a sophomore at Upper Dublin High School, recently represented her class at the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar held at Temple University. Sarah participated in the seminar along with 177 other students from Eastern Pennsylvania. Hugh O’Brian founded the organization in 1958 to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference in global society. HOBY’s mission is to inspire and develop the global community of youth and volunteers to a life of leadership, service, and innovation. Sarah plans to contribute to the Leadership For Service initiative by volunteering her time with the Cradles to Crayons organization. |
