The Rotary Club of Ambler donated $1,000 worth of textbooks to the
St. Joe’s English Language Program held year round at St. Joseph’s RC
Church, 16. South Spring Garden Street in Ambler. Anne M. Frank,
Library Director (left), Mauri McKee, Program Director at St. Joe’s
(center) and Jim Reis, Rotarian hold a sample of the donated books.
The grant also paid for two English as a Second Language (ESL)
classes at the Wissahickon Valley Public Library in Blue Bell and
Ambler.
