Philadelphia and the Civil War will be discussed at the Ambler branch of the Wissahickon Valley Public Library. The library at 209 Race St in downtown Ambler will welcome living history interpreter Andy Waskie as he presents his new book on Tuesday. July 19th. Tea and Scones will be offered at 6:30 pm. The program will be gin at 7:00 pm. The subject will change to Summer Garden Maintenance on Tuesday, July 26th with Peggy Rostiello, Master Gardener. This program will also begin at 7:00 pm.
