Marylou Delizia (left), director, Temple Fort Washington, welcomes
Chris Cumo, principal at PROXUS, to the October FWBA meeting, along
with Mike Santangelo, Berkheimer, and FWBA Executive Board Members,
Maureen O’Neill, president, Steve Green, treasurer, and Leon
Singletary, membership chair. Cumo presented on “Unraveling Act 32”
and the mandated changes to Earned Income Tax (EIT) collection that
begin January 1st, 2012. Berkheimer is the new collection agency for
Upper Dublin’s EIT.
