The Free Library of Springfield Township is joining forces with
"Insulin Forward" to offer a Personalized Diabetes Education Series
on Tuesday, July 26th and Tuesday, August 2nd from 6 to 8 pm.
Week One will deal with diabetes basics, glucose monitoring and
nutritional considerations. Week Two will be about balancing carbs
and insulin and intensive therapy and glucose monitoring.
Diabetes educator Vicki Nack, RN, CDE, DCM will offer advice and
answer questions.
All library events are free and open to the public. For additional
