Once a year City Voter promotes a contest where customers vote for
their favorite local business in the Philadelphia area. The Best of
the Philly HOT LIST, sponsored by My PHL 17, is a contest featuring
more than 5,527 local businesses competing in 140 categories.
Eligible businesses are nominated by PHL 17 viewers and winners are
determined by popular vote, meaning that YOU choose the Best of 2011.
Categories range from Art and Entertaining to Weddings with many
subcategories in each section. With over three dozen Conshohocken
business nominated on the HOT LIST, Conshohocken proves to be a great
destination. Nominees vary from Great Meals Best New American:
Fayette St Gill BYOB Restaurant: Trattoria Totaro, Neighborhood Bar:
Flannigan’s Boathouse Gym: Conshohocken Health & Fitness Day Spa:
Lavenders Body Clinic, Sandwich Shop: Frank & Eddie’s, Bakery:
Conshohocken Italian Bakery, Jewelry: Bucci Jewelers, Children’s
Furniture: Light Parker, Custom Framing: The Frame Shop of
Conshohocken, to name a few.
People who want to cast their vote can sign up online at
www.phillyhotlist.cityvoter.com through August 12th. Each voter can
vote once in each category by clicking on the yellow vote button on
the nominee profile of his or her choice. Be sure to leave tips in
the voting area stating why this is your favorite business. It’s a
great opportunity to show support for your favorite neighborhood
business, give them your vote and help them become THE BEST of Philly.
